Mike Talleda (right) and his friend who served our country in Iraq, stopped by to pick up 26 Dollies and Teddy Bears, and many crocheted blankets, scarves, caps, and quilts which we are donating to the Wounded Heroes of America’s Christmas Drive.  These will all be personally delivered by veterans to families living within the Navajo Nation.  Navajo Nation is a semi-autonomous Native American territory covering 27,425 miles, occupying portions of northeastern Arizona, southeastern Utah, and northwestern New Mexico.  It is the largest land area retained by a U.S. Tribe, and over 173,000 persons live there.
